Description O.R.S Hydration Tablets follow the oral rehydration solution guidelines set by the World Health Organisation. The tablets contain a mix of electrolytes and a low-calorie dose of glucose (17.2 kcal), which not only restores a healthy level of hydration quickly but also keeps you hydrated for longer than water alone. Formulated by pharmacists to World Health Organisation hydration standards. Available in three tasty flavours (Lemon, Strawberry and Blackcurrant). Easy to use – Drop, dissolve and drink normal drinking water. Suitable for adults and kids, vegan-friendly, gluten-free, lactose-free and no artificial preservatives. How to use: Add 2 tablets to 200ml of drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required). Sip slowly. Adults & children aged 6 years and over: Consume 200ml (2 tablets) of solution whenever you need to maintain your body’s fluid level. Children aged 3-6 years: Administer 10ml of solution per kg of body weight whenever the body needs to maintain its fluid level. Offer the necessary amount in small sips.
