Drawing on his winemaking experience from California to Burgundy, Pascal delicately creates wines of great elegance and roundness. The Heritage 2015 is made up of 95% Malbec and 5% Merlot and displays cassis, violets and spice aromas and is mellow and seamless on the palate.
