Francine and Olivier Savary have been running the domaine since 1984, producing classic Chablis from old vines on great vineyard sites. This wine demonstrates the typical Chablis crunchy green apple and tart citrus fruit flavours, combined with a wonderful chalky minerality for which Chablis is so revered, and that we have all grown to know and love.
