375ml bottle. VINEYARD The fruit is sourced from our own De Bortoli vineyards plus another vineyard of a long standing supplier of Botrytis Semillon to us. VINTAGE CONDITIONS Good rains during January initiated an early botrytis development, this was followed by a warm dry February and March which halted the progress until the grapes were ripe and the timing of showers of rain just prior to Easter re-ignited the botytis with harvest starting mid April and progressive harvesting of fruit over the next 4 weeks allowed us to pick each vineyard when at its best for botrytis flavour and sweetness. WINEMAKING A wine that can be enjoyed just on its own or with a fabulous cheese and fruit platter. But also try with freshly shucked oysters or Foie Gras. WINE ANALYSIS Alc/Vol: 10% CELLARING This harmonious wine has great ageing potential and will keep for decades darkening while growing richer. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Vegetarian
