Delicate but enticingly sweet nose of pure rhubarb. The taste is beautifully sweet & with a thick consistency in an almost chewy way, reminiscent of those soft rhubarb & vanilla treats from the old sweet shop. Could this mouth watering gem be my new favourite gin, yes I think so.
