TASTING NOTE BY MSQ 【Bruno Paillard —— 追求絕對純淨的香檳藝術家】 同好多歷史動輒數百年嘅香檳大廠唔同，Bruno Paillard 係一個相對年輕嘅品牌，但佢對品質嘅堅持、以及創新嘅理念令它喺短短幾十年內就躋身頂級香檳之列。 Bruno Paillard 由一開始就堅定咁向低補糖同強調純淨果味嘅方向發展，喺當時來講可以話係非常前衛嘅做法。另外，酒莊仲堅持超長嘅酒泥陳年時間。長時間嘅酒泥接觸，會賦予酒體極高嘅複雜度、圓潤口感同烤麵包、餅乾般嘅香氣，而無需依賴高劑量的糖分來平衡。 Première Cuvée Extra Brut 係品牌嘅入門款（但絕對係頂級入門），由超過25個不同年份的基酒同超過35個特級村（Grand Cru）與一級村（Premier Cru）嘅葡萄酒混釀而成，複雜得來又平衡。 TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS A blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 22% Pinot Meunier, Paillard’s NV Extra-Brut Première Cuvée (disgorged in June 2022 with 5.5 grams per liter) expresses an elegant and fresh bouquet with aromas of citrus oil, lemon, spring flowers, pomelo and pastry touches.
