TASTING NOTE BY MSQ 【00 Wine — 美國新晉熱門精品酒莊】 00 Wines 酒莊位於美國Oregon, 是近年備受矚目嘅精品酒莊，由Chris Hermann同妻子Kathryn Hermann于2015年創立。 “00”象徵無限可能，一個零代表酒莊的Chardonnay白酒，另一個零則代表Pinot Noir紅酒。 酒莊以Burgundy名莊為標桿，并邀請Burgundy釀酒大師、羅曼尼康帝酒莊（Domaine de la Romanée-Conti）唯一釀酒顧問Pierre Millemann加入，希望採用獨特工藝釀造帶有Burgundy風格的葡萄酒。 VGR Pinot Noir係酒莊的代表作之一，這款酒帶梗發酵，單寧柔順，紅色水果同香料氣息非常濃郁。 TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS The 2022 Pinot Noir VGR is youthfully flinty to begin, requiring plenty of air to reveal blackberry, rhubarb, cinnamon stick and woodsy undertones. The medium-bodied palate offers expansive, layered flavors. It’s balanced by juicy acidity and has a long, nuanced finish. It will benefit from 2-3 years in the cellar or some time in a decanter.
