Bouquet An expressive aroma of red berry notes, like cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant.Alexis Lichine Sauvignon blanc, Grape variety 100 % Sauvignon blanc., Vinification The grapes are picked when ideally grown and then pressed at room temperature. Fermentation is also carried out at low temperatures (17 – 19°C). Colour A clear, very pale yellow with subtle green tints.
