Cavit’s Lunetta Brut Prosecco is a deliciously fruity Prosecco with ripe rich stone fruits coming through. On the nose there is a bit of apple and white peach, contributing to a clean finish. The palate is soft with pleasing bubbles. Lunetta brut white sparkling wine is made from 100% Glera grapes, which are cultivated in the hills north of Treviso, between the Piave and the Prealps in the Veneto area. These grapes flourish in the climate and are then harvested by hand in mid-September every year. Fermentation occurs in modern temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. A secondary fermentation process is then carried out by expert winemakers, after which the wine is on lees for three months before bottling.
