The Ravoire Côtes du Rhône Shiraz/Grenache Red wine offers full and smooth aromas with a balanced taste. It is Harmoniously prepared to associate Grenache and Syrah. This wine can be identified by its ruby colour and garnet hues, along with a pleasant spice on the nose.Wine-making process: The grapes are picked with great care at the peak of their maturity. The harvest is then de-stalked and treaded before fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine extraction is gentle and constant, using traditional methods honed over generations. The fermentation also takes place at a cool temperature for 15 days, after which the Côtes du Rhône fine red is ready for bottling.Suggested dish accompaniments: This wine is best as an accompaniment to cuisine with rich flavours, such as roast beef in mustard sauce, roast pork in sage, or a goat’s cheese.Best served up to 18°C
