Duo Veronese Vicentino wine is crafted using the best grapes from Verona and Vicenza using appassimento techniques. The Corvina(50%) and Cabernet Franc(50%) varieties are first dried before undergoing 10 day fermentation at 20-25°C. The wine is then matured for 6 months in oak barrels. The creation and continued production of this wine is a collaboration between expert winemakers Enrico Marcato and Mirko Sella. Duo Rosso is punctuated by the flavours of red-berry fruits and a hint of coffee at the finish. Its concentrated palate is full bodied with a complex structure, and soft tannins that allow the experience to linger in the mouth. Appearance: deep red. Food pairings: cheeses and grilled meats.
