Our award winning Scottish smoked salmon is gently rubbed in sea salt before being lightly smoked with well seasoned, aromatic oak chips. Our Smoked Salmon was awarded 2 stars by the Guild of Fine Foods at the Great Taste Awards. The 125g pack contains approximately four slices. These are vacuum packed for freshness and can be stored chilled or frozen. Chef’s Tip – Our delicious hand sliced packs are perfect as an appetiser; seasoned with cracked black pepper and lemon, served on a slice of thick brown bread with rich cream cheese.
