This extra dry Canello Vintage Prosecco offers a floral intensity with undertones of jasmine and honeysuckle. The texture of the wine is honest, with a soft intensity of bubbles leading to a dry foamy finish. The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Canello is made from 100% Glera grapes, which are grown on the hillsides of Valdobbiadene. The production uses the Charmat method, which sees the wine fermented in steel tanks along with sugar and yeast. The residual sugar left in this Canello sparkling wine makes for a unique and balanced drinking experience.
