Barolo Principiano reserva – Nebbiolo 2013 vintage is a fine red wine produced by Principiano Giuseppe in the Piedmont region. The 100% Nebbiolo variety grapes are grown on 3.5 hectares of land in the valley of Boscareto in Serralunga d’Alba. They are crushed to ferment naturally for around a month, after which the wine is aged for 2 years in large barrels. No sulphides are added to this wine. Nebbliolo wine is vibrant, weaving together tastes of red berries, flowers, sweet spices, and balsamic. The fragrance develops into violet and rhubarb, finished with pepper, liquorish and hazelnut. This is supported by silky tannins that establish a long finish that is warm and balanced.
