With an attractive, well-covered and lively garnet cherry color, it has a smooth entry and with a good flavor on the palate. After cold maceration for 2 days, the must ferments at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine spends 14 months in new American oak barrels and a subsequent period of 9 months in the bottle.
