Each kit is portioned per person and includes a Bakehouse brioche bun, a beef patty, two slices of cheddar, and all the trimmings ; our house burger sauce, fried shallots, sliced cherry tomatoes, and pickles. The patty is made in our kitchen, seasoned simply to let the beef speak for itself. The brioche bun is soft, slightly sweet, and holds everything together without falling apart.
