Description Glenrothes Single Speyside Malt Vintage 1978 is a special treat. It is comprised of a small selection of hand-picked casks selected by Malt Master John Ramsey, at the peak of their maturity. The previous release (in 1999) of the same vintage sold out almost immediately. This is the second release of The Glenrothes Single Speyside Malt Vintage 1978 which has benefited from extended maturation, so the flavour profile will vary from the first release.
