Description Gaviscon Advance Oral Suspension brings fast, soothing and long-lasting relief from the symptoms of gastro-oesophageal reflux such as acid regurgitation, heartburn and indigestion. Following meals or during pregnancy, and in patients with symptoms related to oesophagitis. Gaviscon Advance Oral Suspension works in 2 ways: a combination of two antacids to neutralise excess stomach acid and an alginate which forms a protective layer that floats on top of the stomach contents, keeping it away from the lining of the food pipe. Relieves symptoms such as burning in the chest, bloating, difficulty swallowing and a sour taste in the mouth. Suitable for use during pregnancy or breast-feeding. Aniseed Flavour. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. DOSAGE: For Oral use. Adults and children over 12 years: Take 5-10 ml after meals and at bedtime. Children under 12 years: Should only be given on medical advice.
